Register for Software Support

In order to register, you will need to enter your full name, company name and licence number.  Your company name and licence number can be viewed in Impact from Help->About->Licence. The licence number is also printed on the "DESkey" hardware security dongle supplied with your software. 

Please ensure you copy your company name exactly as it appears including any punctuation. If the company name you enter does not match the name we have your licence registered to, your online account will need approval from our support team.  We apologise for any delay that may occur as a result.
